"Over the years my work has been a practice of note taking. With my habitual sketch and writing practice, my progression off the page begins with a simple practice of lifting recurring doodles from the side margins. Hand fabricating their silhouettes in sterling silver and oxidizing them to match their ink and graphite origins, I define value in the quick gestures between thoughts. This practice has evolved into an simple ongoing collection of hand fabricated production work."
